Our programs are designed to meet the needs of every player, from beginners to advanced athletes. Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure personalized attention and effective learning.

Every program emphasizes proper technique, strategy, fitness, and confidence. Whether you are a young beginner discovering tennis for the first time, a teen preparing for competitions, or an adult looking to improve skills, our programs provide a structured and enjoyable path to growth.

We believe that learning tennis should be fun, engaging, and rewarding — that’s why each program is built around interactive drills, supportive coaching, and goal-oriented progress.

Skill Pathways

Players progress through clearly defined levels to develop their skills effectively. Each level focuses on building strong fundamentals and improving game strategy, preparing players for the next stage of tennis development.

  • • Beginner: Learn basic strokes, movement, and rules

Kids Tennis Programs

Pre-School (Age 4–5)

Wed from 3:30-4:30 pm

PreSchool Class is an introduction to tennis for children between the age of 4-5. We’ll focus on developing the ABCs of tennis (agility, balance, and coordination) while introducing a proper technique that will enable these young players to Track and make contact with the ball.

Green Ball (Age 10–12)

MWF from 4:30-6 pm(1.5hrs)

Green Ball is a progression from Orange Ball and an introductory program for players ages 10-12. Players will build athletic fundamentals by learning proper footwork and racquet mechanics.

Red Ball (Age 5–7)

Tues/Thur from 4-5 pm

Red Ball Class is an introduction to tennis for children as young as six to eight years of age. We’ll focus on developing the ABCs of tennis (agility, balance, and coordination) while introducing a proper technique that will enable these young players to rally.

Yellow Ball (Age 13–18)

MWF from 4:30-6:00 pm(1.5hrs)

YELLOW BALLS is for players for high school players will little or no tennis experience. Players will learn the skills necessary to play on a high school team. Focus is on how to serve, rally, and keep score. This is a great opportunity for any teen interested in learning to play tennis.

Orange Ball (Age 8–10)

Tues/Thur from 5-6 pm(1hr)

ORANGE Ball is for players ages 7-10 with little or no experience. Once comfortable at the Red level, players graduate to playing at the Orange level. Orange felt balls bounce higher and move faster than the Red felt or foam balls but lower and slower than the Green ball.

Advanced Yellow Ball

JTT & Tournament Training (Competitive Juniors)

This program is for intermediate to advanced juniors who are actively competing in Junior Team Tennis or USTA tournaments.

Complete Beginner Adults

Every Monday OR  Wed  at 5:30-6:30 PM 

Start your tennis journey with us!

Our Complete Beginner class is designed for students with little or no prior tennis experience. At Life Long Tennis Academy, we offer a welcoming and encouraging environment where players can build a strong foundation and fall in love with the game.

Bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate play

This class is ideal for players who have recreational tennis experience, can serve and rally consistently, but have limited match play experience.

It serves as the perfect next step after a beginner class and helps prepare players for full intermediate-level training.

Designed for players with a minimum NTRP rating of 3.0 and above, this class is tailored for advanced players dedicated to refining their tennis skills.

Life Long Tennis Academy provides a high-intensity, competitive environment that fosters player development through dynamic live-ball drills focused on improving consistency, speed, and shot precision.

Advanced Adults(Age 18+)
